Solo was relaxing, allowing the warm water to wash over his body soothing his aching muscles. He had trained hard that day, and he was bruised all over those he had won all of his sparring matches. There was no better swordsmen than himself in his opinion. While he wasn't egotistical, it was just the fact that no one had bested him yet. Slinking off into the soothing waters he allowed his eyes to close for a few moments before he figured he should get out, and get dressed. Standing up, and stretching he grabbed his towel, and began to dry off. Looking around he searched for his clothes, but to no avail. Groaning he remembered that he had been so preoccupied to get to the baths to rest that he forgot his clothes. Grimacing he dried himself off hastily, and wrapped the towel around his lower body to hide the more precious area's. His pale skin seemed to glow in the night, and he began to snake his way back.
The night was quiet, and except for the faint crunching noise that could be heard everytime he stepped on a patch of grass there was just silence. The shadows did not bother, or scare him in fact they were more welcoming than anything else, and he drew upon them in order to conceal himself a little better. However he was moving to quickly for it be really effective, but whatever help he could recieve he was thankful for. It wasn't that he had a bad body, in fact he was quiet good looking, and muscular it was just that being caught like this, he would never hear the end of it from anyone. So he was hurrying back. Duos was probably off somewhere hunting, or napping, so he couldn't count on his shadow traveling abilities.
Unfortunately it was just Solo, the shadows, and whoever stumbled upon him by chance. That was when he stopped, and listened. There was footsteps nearby, and he looked around for a place to hide, but he found none. He was in the open, half naked, and wrapped in a toweld, and still had water running over his body. Great he thought to himself sarcastically. He was going to have to kill whoever was walking just to make sure that they didn't tell anyone...

* - - - - "Here. Just take your bow and you'll be fine. " The sound of her sibling's voice was reassuring, but being shoved off of the ship at night because of a dare in a stupid game of true or dare was slightly terrifying. Palmer didn't argue with the others, she simply did what they said. That was a thing for Palmer, she was so easily manipulated by others that getting her to leave the ship was probably a simple task despite her fear of the darkness. They told her to go to the baths and back... not that far. Her bow and quiver of arrows were shoved into her hands as she left the ship.
I am never playing this dumb game ever again. She thought as she began walking toward the baths. Without having the chance to get dressed or anything, Palmer was left in her shorts, Toms, and a white sweatshirt with a green tank top under. Her hair was left down on her shoulders, bouncing a bit when she walked. The bow and quiver were set across her shoulders. That was encouraging... hand her a weapon. That didn't exactly mean that everything would be fine!
Palm got to the baths and turned. "I'm so done with this." She muttered to herself as she turned and began to make her way back. Palm was already alert considering it was dark and she hated the dark but when she started hearing the shifting of leaves caused by something other than herself she became officially freaked out. Palmer paused before she heard something sound as though it was trying to rush to find something. Palmer being Palmer walked straight ahead toward the sound.
"Is anyone here? Guys this isn't funny anymore!" The comment was directed toward the thought that her siblings were out there as well just to mess with her. Instead behind the trees Palmer saw a guy around the same age as herself dressed in a... towel? Seeing the towel made Palmer turn instantly putting her back to the stranger. "Sorry! I wasn't-- I didn't mean to-- Um... shouldn't you have like... cloths or something?"

The girl came up to him, and she turned beet red, and turned her back to him obviously embarrassed. She asked him about his cloths, or rather his lack of. If it wasn't so dark the girl probably would have seen the pale boys face flush with color. Thinking quickly he remembered that he could manipulate the shadows, and he focused bending the shadows to his will was easy enough, and forming them into a robe that covered from his mid section down was even easier. The tendrils of darkness came off of him like wisps of smoke, and satisfied with his work he stepped out into the open, and walked in front of the girl. He felt naked without his weapon at his side, but even more so because the girl was armed. Sighing he was prepped to use his demi god abilities to protect himself if needed.
"Quick question...Why are you out here stalking me? And why in Pluto's name do you have weapons with you in camp? Monsters are never going to attack here it would be a suicide mission for them to try..." he said to the girl obviously annoyed, and a bit irate at the fact that he had been caught in the predicament that he was in. Water was still dripping down his body, and disappearing into the wispy darkness that he commanded. From his abs up he was exposed, but the rest was covered, and covered well. The shadows he had manipulated were solid, and would feel just like cloth. The tendrils looked like tiny tentacles wrapping, and coiling in on one another to form the solid material, and it made him smile in pride of his abilities.
"And you are about as dressed as I am...Gah whatever look I will take you back to where you are sleeping, and you will not tell anyone of this! Understand!" he said his natural fear aura radiating out from him, and hopefully the girl would feel its affects enough to ensure that she told no one about this incident. He would hate to kill such an attractive girl. While he didn't really care one way, or the other he just wanted to avoid the questions, then there would be fighting, and escaping, and he just didn't want to deal with it all.

* - - - - Awkward. When Palmer turned she put one hand over her eyes while the other just remained by her side. It wasn't that she didn't want to see this guy in a towel or anything, she was just embarrassed that she had caught him like that. A stranger, who she had never met or seen. "Quick question...Why are you out here stalking me? And why in Pluto's name do you have weapons with you in camp? Monsters are never going to attack here it would be a suicide mission for them to try..." Oh and a scary, intimidating stranger at that. Palmer was sure she hadn't turned which meant that now he was in front of her. She jumped a small bit at the sound of his voice. It seemed to be so sudden, close, and sharp.
He said the word 'stalker' and Palmer couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at that. Her hand that was still over her eyes came down and crossed in front of her. She looked down at her bow string that hung across her shoulder and back up to the boy in front of her. A blank look crossed her face before she shrugged. Palm then tilted her head a moment later. "Wait, did you just call me a stalker? I don't even know you why would I try to "stalk" you?" She took a small step back as an attempt to put some distance between her and this person. What's his deal?"
"And you are about as dressed as I am...Gah whatever look I will take you back to where you are sleeping, and you will not tell anyone of this! Understand!" The comment made Palmer drop her arms and eyes to tug at her shorts. "They aren't that short." She grumbled to herself before commenting on his next statement. "Oh? So is that an order or are you asking me nicely to go back to the ship and not tell anyone?" At the moment her tone was mocking him. Of course she wouldn't tell anyone, not a soul.
As she lifted her head she caught sight of the black... thing wrapped around the boy. Confused she looked up at him. "Whats that?" As she spoke she lifted her hand to adjust the weapon on her back. Palmer had never seen anything like it and it was pretty cool in all honesty. Despite the attitude she was getting from this stranger in front of her, leave it up to Palmer to start asking questions.

Ignoring all of the girls mocking remarks, she didn't bother him at all. If anything he found her more amusing than anything else. That is when she noticed the shadows he had wrapped around his waist, and lower section. Asking what it was he merely smirked at her. Using his shadow controlling abilities he made a tendril of the shadows wrapped around him snake its way from the main part, and over his body. Crawling up his stomach, and then to his chest, around his collarbone, and then wrapping itself around his neck, and then back down the other side. "This thing is called a Shadow. I am able to bend the darkness to my will, and make it solid to either conceal myself partially which is what you see right now, or completely making myself one with it. Or I can..." he allowed his voice to trail off as he formed the single tendril that he had been messing with earlier, and shot it towards the girl. Sharpening it as it traveled through the air so that it would be able to cut through most anything. However he stopped it about three inches from the girls body.
"Use it as a weapon, and make them solid, and create constructs for offense, and defense alike. It is a very handy power, but the drawback is that if there are no shadows nearby well it doesn't work. I have a pet who is able to do something called Shadow Walking. Which allows him to instantly travel from one spot to another through shadows." he said to her a grin forming on his lips as he stared at her. This girl was starting to annoy him, and he thought of how easy it would be for him to end her life here. It was the middle of the night, and there were shadows everywhere. She had a bow, and wouldn't stand a chance against his abilities. Though he pushed that thought to the side figuring that killing someone because they were annoying would look bad to the rest of the camp. He allowed the silence to linger in the air, and refused to speak until she said something. If she didn't talk though then he would just walk away. Either way made no difference to him. It was all up to her..

* - - - - Palmer listened to the majority of what the boy was saying to her. While he spoke her eyes watched the dark thing around his body. Her hands were stuffed into the one pocket at the front of her hoodie and her fingers drummed to some unknown beat. Everything he was saying was pretty much over her head, in one ear out the other, call it what you want, but she didn't grasp much from the explanation. She caught his tone, it was still sharp, but at least he wasn't interrogating her or threatening her in any way.
Then, it seemed to be out a no where something came at her. It was sharp, fast, and looked like if could make a wound that she would not be able to heal. Palmer jumped back, her eyes widened and she had a terrified look on her face for a moment but it quickly faded after the thing stopped. The thing stopped about three inches from her. He started talking again like nothing happened but at least now he had Palmer's attention.
Classic Palmer-like questions began to form in her head. She always had something to ask, something to say or add. Usually the comment was irrelevant or poorly worded. "Was the demonstration really necessary?" Was the first thing that came out of her mouth once he stopped. "And whats with you and shadows? Its kind of freaking me out." Palmer doesn't think before she talks, or lie. Everything that comes out of her mouth usually belongs in a thought bubble. It was a problem for her, a habit that she should consider breaking at some point.
He scared her though. Not in the obvious frightened kitten sort of way, but in a way that even she wasn't fully aware of. Palmer thought he was intimidating. He just shot a-- thing at her that came out of mid air. If he wanted to he could kill her in probably less than a minute. It's not like that little fact wasn't obvious. Was there a reason not to be the slightest bit intimidated? This is why Palm stayed a step or two away from him, she hadn't moved back up after jumping back at his little shadow demonstration. She waited for his reply, her eyes set on the ground in front of her. Alright... this is the worst round of truth or dare I've ever played.

He had gotten the girls attention which is what he had wanted, and he smirked coldly at her as she asked if the demonstration was necessary. Of course it wasn't, but he did like showing others what he was capable of, and then making sure that they knew how dangerous he was. Retracting his shadowy spike back to his person he merely smiled his evil smile at her. She still hadn't figured out that he was a Son of Pluto. The God of Death, and Wealth. While he wasn't like his sibling Hazel who could have precious gems, and metals appear around her, he had far more interesting abilities, and ones that were more suited for battle. "Tell me something...Are you afraid of the dark?" he asked her his words floating through the air, as the shadows along his waist began to crawl up his skin. Reaching the middle of his stomach before he stopped them. How he loved to scare people...Especially if they were annoying him like this girl was with her questions.
"You see I am the Son of Pluto. Controlling the dead, darkness, and other things kind of comes with the territory. My name is Solo Alexander Rose, and I guess you could say I am a scary person..." he allowed his voice to trail off as he continued to stare at the girl. His deep blue eyes shone through the darkness like two lanterns lit by the fire of ghosts. His pale skin seemed luminescent in the darkness of the night, and he wanted to toy with the girl more, and make her even more afraid of him, but he knew that he shouldn't. Having answered her question he merely smirked at her in amusement. He had lived in the Underworld for three years. Nothing could bother him anymore, and having barely any contact with his dad didn't help his case.
"Are you ready to go back to where you came from? Trust me nothing is going to go bump in the night...Well except for me, but I am a special case." he spoke to her his tone arrogant as he waited for her to reply. He was starting to get cold without any clothes on, and he wanted to go get some sleep already. Besides the more this girl talked to him the more tempted that he was to have Duos eat her.

* - - - - Darkness scared her for the most part, end of story. Ever since her childhood, Palmer had to sleep with some source of light coming into the room or have someone beside her. She was a child of the sun god; things were better off with light in her case. When the stranger asked the question about being afraid of the dark Palmer just shrugged. Her eyes stayed toward the ground and her hands remained in her pockets. "Only when I'm alone." Her tone lacked the usual peppy-ness that it usually carried. Then he began talking, explaining who he was and ending with the comment about him being a scary person.
Palmer's bright blue eye lifted from the ground and met his eyes. She noticed the smirk he had on his face, the way his tone was getting more and more creepy. It was like he knew what he was doing and trying to scare her. "Are you trying to scare me, Solo?" Back to herself again.
He mentioned Pluto. Who the heck was that? Roman names were something that Palm had never learned or heard that often. She opened her mouth to ask but, this being a rare moment, she held back the question. She didn't need to make him hate her more than he probably already did.
Back to where you came from? It sounded like something someone to say to a lost puppy, not an actual person. Palm made a face at the comment but didn't speak until he was done. "You know what. You can stop trying to freak me out because you already have." Her hands came out of her pockets and she crossed her arms and gave Solo a look like 'get out of my way, please'. She never mentioned her own name or who her father was because frankly, she forgot.
