I GUESS I'LL MAKE
MY OWN WAY
NAME: Asher Blake Harrington
NICKNAME: Ash
GENDER: male
SEXUALITY: heterosexual
AGE: fifteen
BIRTHDAY: January 1st
SPECIES: demigod; greek
IT'S A CIRCLE
A MEAN CYCLE
HEIGHT: 5 foot eleven inches
WEIGHT: 144 pounds
DISTIGUISHING FEATURES: bright blue eyes
PLAYBY: josh hutcherson
I CAN'T EXCITE YOU
ANYMORE
LIKES: Surfing even though he kind of sucks at it, swimming, sailing, and anything to do with water, you get the idea I think. Talking, giiirls, the color blue, making people smile.
DISLIKES: heights, failing at anything, seafood, liars, and small spaces.
STRENGTHS: courageous, charming, trustworthy, energetic, good at swimming and sword fighting.
WEAKNESSES: gullible, very clumsy, very talkative, easily offended, awful at reading Greek.
DREAMS: To find his true love
FEARS: heights, thunder storms, dying, because come on who isn’t scared of dying?
FATAL FLAW: He trusts people too easily
PREFERED WEAPON: sword
ABILITIES: He can manipulate water in almost any way though it is very energy consuming. He can also breath under water.
ANYTHING ELSE: Asher is the kind of guy who will say exactly what’s on his mind no matter what the consequences will be. He just isn’t quipped with a verbal filter at all. The words just come pouring out of his mouth. Sometimes he my end up with a few enemies because of what slips out of his mouth, but at the same time his friends know that he is always being honest with them. He’s very energetic and slightly immature. He still believes that his Hogwarts letter has just gotten lost in the mail.
He loves to talk and could ramble on about nonsense for hours. But the down side of this is that he also rambles when he is nervous. They aren’t many things that make him nervous though. The only thing that really manages to scare Asher is a girl. His brain shuts down when he’s in front of a girl and he can’t stop what comes out of his mouth. He would rather fight a hydra than talk to a pretty girl any day. He’s confident but all of that flies out the window when a girl is near. Needless to say he tries to stay away from the Aphrodite cabin.
Asher is a very loyal friend. He stands up for his friends at all costs. He’s super protective and isn’t afraid to act on an impulse to help his friends. He’s very outgoing almost to the point where it’s reckless. He doesn’t think about the consequences that come with his actions and words, but he ever regrets what he does. He’s very gullible and will believe almost anything anyone tells him but if you can handle his randomness he really is a great friend to have around.
WHERE'S YOUR GABLE
YOUR JURY
OLYMPIAN PARENT: Poseidon
MOTHER/FATHER: Lucy Harrington
SIBLINGS: only the other Poseidon children
PETS: he had a pet fish but...well his mom told him it swam away.
HISTORY: Lucy Harrington could see through the Mist. Which is probably why she ran when she found out she was pregnant with Poseidon’s child. She was young and she was scared. And she knew that living in New York wasn’t going to be safe for the child growing inside her. So, she moved back home to England. She moved back to her family who were of course surprised to find her on their doorstep and even more surprised to find that she was pregnant and that she wouldn’t tell them who the father was. All Lucy said was that he wasn’t in the picture anymore. Which was true after all. Poseidon had told her that he couldn’t stick around and she had accepted that.
A few months later on new years day a little boy was born. He looked exactly like his father, but then again most children do when they are little. He grew from a baby to a toddler to a young boy faster than she thought was possible. It was then when he was ten that Lucy started to think that maybe England wasn’t safe for him either. She started seeing movement out of the corner of her eye, shadows shifting when they shouldn’t. She was scared again and so she ran back to New York so she would be closer to that place that Poseidon had told her about-the place that could protect her son. Two years went by and nothing seemed out of sorts. But Lucy knew it was only a matter of time before something big would happen.
Meanwhile Asher was having the time of his life. He had grown up in England so naturally he had picked up the accent, which girls seemed to fawn over. He didn’t talk to the girls of course! They had cooties. But he started noticing strange things. He could hold his breath underwater for much longer than the other boys. Of course he wasn’t complaining! He was the star of the swim team and he loved it but still he felt…different than everyone else and he wasn’t sure if he liked being different.
One day he came home from school and his mother was going absolutely mad. He was ushered into the car and before he knew it he was at the camp and his mother was explaining everything to him. He learned about his father and about who he really was. She never told him what had happened to make her take him to camp on that day, Asher could only guess. But he knew that it must have been something terrible because he had never seen his mother so terrified in his life. He was so incredibly glad she had taken him to camp though because it really was amazing. Within a few days Poseidon had claimed and Asher got to move into the Poseidon cabin where he has been living ever sense.

ROLE-PLAY SAMPLE:
The moon was out in the daylight, hiding behind the ripples of dark clouds that were filled with soon to be falling rain. Distant roars of thunder tumbled on in the distance, giving the alley a darker tone. The sun had disappeared behind the dark rain clouds, the day still rather young, yet the lightness mostly gone. The first rain drops were beginning to fall around him, the already small puddles on the road sure to be growing soon. Bursts of wind flew through the narrow alley; catching on his cape and making it blow along with the wild wind. The weather had taken a turn for the darker side a bit over an hour ago, most of the student that had been wondering around heading back to the castle very early. Perfect.
The wall behind his back was cold, even through the few layers of clothing he had on. Fast moving clouds were headed towards the alley, moving with the fast speed of the wind. The darkness of the clouds had an eerie effect since it was still rather early in the day; it gave the effect of passing time. As if things were moving forward along with the wind, and yet he stood still eyes watching a puddle as a few drops of water hit the shallow puddle. Small flashes of lightening lit up the sky towards the left of him, his eyes not even caring to glance as the flash happened nor when the thunder reached his ears. He wasn’t here to observe the damn thunder or the pretty flashes of lightening.
A sliver of a cruel smile slowly crossed the length of his lips as his hands flicked his hood up over his head. It was raining. The few rain drops suddenly turned into more and more rain drops, the almost black clouds above moving towards him at a faster speed than before. Blake didn’t like the rain, but on the other hand, who did? Letting his shoe shush away a stray rat his head whipped up as the echo of footsteps sounded through the narrow alley. Finally, he had almost thought the man wasn’t going to show. A small sigh left him as he pushed off the wall, hood still handing over his head. “You are late,” He hissed in a cruel voice, pissed off because someone had been late on a meeting with him. Rain drops hit his shoulders and head, making a constant and soothing noise as it fell from the clouds.
Taking a few steps closer, hands in his pockets just in case his wand would be needed, Blake glanced up slightly. His eyes almost shocked to see not a male, but a female. Fingers lingering around his wand he took another few steps forward. Someone or thing damn hated him. Things could never go as planned, could they? Growling something inaudible under his breath he slowly turned on his heel, rain beating down on his face as his hood lifted slowly, exposing his face. Rain trailed down his face, tickling his nose. The clouds move above head, a few rays of sun streaking across the dim alley. Blake stopped short in his turn. “What are you doing here?” Snapped Blake, his eyes flashing dangerously to her. A cruel hint tinted his voice, the weather only damping his pissed mood more. What was she doing in an alley anyways? Crossing his arms he moved the hood of his cloak around so that it wasn’t so damn annoying. In the distance a flash of lightening shot through the sky, a brilliant white color lighting up the alley more. “You should not be here.”
